I have this almost OCD need to have things coordinate. It doesn't have to match but colors and texture must work well together. Maybe a weird form of Fung Sui?

Anywho... The west wall of my studio is red now and the floors are vintage lino in a mottled red, black and gold color, it's really cool. I made a sewing machine cover to work with the walls and floor. I used a Lonni Rossi fabric from her Fragments collection and yes, that is piping along the seams.
