Been thinking about this a lot lately. Being Creative. I still don't know exactly WHAT it means, I just know I am. I have been reading a bunch of SARK, in preparation for an upcoming project and I am struck by some of the things she has to say. It turns out I have been living as a juicy woman for some time now and didn't even know it. We share a lot of the same ideas about BEing, and that is very cool.
Here's what I wanted to share with you. From Sark's New Creative Companion, page 24,
"To live creatively free: Do what you know how to do now, then "act as if" you know how to do the rest."
That's what I do. Everyone is always so amazed at what I do and really, I am just making it up as I go along. This idea goes along with Robert Schuller's quote "What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?" I guess I just never figure I will fail. It may not turn out the way I had intended but I don't let that deter me.
My gawd, I have turned into my mother, the world's biggest Pollyana! Ok, ok, being an optimist isn't all that bad and I still have some great PMS rantings and a few depressive episodes but yes, I am a glass half full kinda gal, oy!

Right then, let's go find some brownies!
