New Mom Purse...

So I used to carry this one, practical but boring.

I like the shape and the long strap is perfect for wearing messager bag style so I can chase kids and hold hands and what not. But, I figured since I was doing up all these cute bright and colorful bags, I should probably be carrying one myself, self promotion and all that rot. So here is my new bag. It holds everything I need on a daily basis plus my camera fits too. I have had the hand dyed fabric for some time. I bought it here, it was a ridiculously exspensive yard of fabric but I had to have it. It also has inspired me to try dyeing my own stuff.

I may work this pattern up in an even larger size, it would make a fun tote bag.
