Q was invited to a birthday party over the weekend. I thought about going and getting some art supplies (we always give art supplies) but then I remembered the birthday girl is a girly girl so I figured I would "use what I have" and make her a handbag. Just to put it over the top, I made a fabric flower pin that can be detached, tutorial here and a coordinating tissue holder. It was a fun project. I also finished up Robyn's Colonial costume for school this week, pictures later. Spent part of Saturday at my mom's going through old books, patterns and toys. I'll scan the patterns later, I got rid of a lot of the boring 1970's ones, but some have cute artwork and I know some folks collect them.
Ok, I am going to go have a toe's up. I am fighting a bug or something.
