Been playing with fabric again. Made 2 more skirts, still working out the perfect pattern for me but I think I finally have it, it's a combo of 2 styles, I'll fill you in more later.

We have this amazing fabric warehouse called S. R. Harris, if you have ever see Decorating Cents, most of the fabrics the decoraters use is from here, anywho... I really wanted to re do those ugly dining room chairs. I wanted a sage green to contrast against the darker wood. Usually when you go to the warehouse you have roam for hours and hunt through the stacks and stacks of stuff but the other day what I wanted was just sitting there, pre cut and ready to go. I should have just stopped there but no, I had to wander through the cotton prints and found fabric for 3 more skirts!

The ugly nasty uposltery stuff on top was backed by something paper-y so loads of dust was created. And the after shot with a the wonderful woven texture and soft green color that matches my buffet/dresser.
