Lots of fun playing with Kool Aid and food coloring.
This is a piece of 20 wool/ 80 rayon dyed in orange, one side is darker than the other

This was all done in the kitchen, in fits and starts, I just tend to mess around and see what happens. the kool aid is fun but could get expensive if you needed to do lots of felt. I just did half sheet sizes since we use the felt for doll adornments and what not.
Next up is to mix in a thickner and try painting on the wool.
